Spotify's Global Organic Social team shapes how Spotify connects with audiences across its owned social channels, bringing fans closer to the music, podcasts, audiobooks, and experiences they love.

We're looking for a Social Strategy Manager to help grow and engage communities around podcasts, books, and fitness on Spotify. You'll develop social strategies that celebrate creators, connect with fans, and bring cultural moments to life, from major podcast releases and book launches to fitness experiences.

As part of our Global Organic Social team, you'll work with Creative, Communications, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to turn business priorities into compelling, platform-native social campaigns. You'll balance long-term strategy with timely cultural opportunities, using creative judgment, audience insights, and performance data to shape work that makes an impact.

What You'll Do

•
Lead organic social strategy for high-impact campaigns, creator partnerships, and cultural moments across Spotify's podcasts, books, and fitness experiences, from initial planning through launch and evaluation.

•
Turn integrated marketing objectives into creative, platform-native social strategies that engage audiences, strengthen fandoms, and support business goals.

•
Manage complex social campaigns across internal teams and agency partners, coordinating briefs, timelines, creative development, approvals, and delivery.

•
Partner with Creative, Communications, Marketing, Product, Content Partnerships, Paid Media, Legal, and external agencies to develop integrated campaigns and culturally relevant social experiences.

•
Identify emerging audience behaviors, creator trends, and cultural opportunities, developing proactive social programming that keeps Spotify and its creators connected with fans between major campaigns.

•
Shape social creative and content capture strategies for podcasts, long-form video, live events, and experiential activations, providing clear direction and actionable feedback to creative and production partners.

•
Develop social strategy frameworks and best practices, sharing recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen how Spotify approaches organic social marketing.

•
Define campaign success metrics alongside analytics partners, evaluate performance, and turn audience insights into recommendations that improve future campaigns and ongoing social programming.

Who You Are

•
You have 7+ years of experience in organic social media strategy, social marketing, or a related role within consumer, entertainment, technology, or media brands.

•
You have experience developing social strategies for integrated marketing campaigns, balancing business objectives, audience needs, and platform-native creative ideas.

•
You understand how audiences engage with podcasts, books, fitness, and creator-led content, and you're interested in building meaningful connections between creators and their communities.

•
You have strong editorial judgment and a practical understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, and how to identify relevant opportunities for brands.

•
You understand major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels, and know how to adapt content strategies to different audience behaviors.

•
You can manage complex projects, collaborate across functions, and guide agency partners through creative development, production, and campaign execution.

•
You use social analytics and performance insights to set goals, evaluate results, and make informed strategic recommendations.

•
You communicate ideas clearly, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and make thoughtful decisions when priorities shift or information is evolving.
