description Job Description

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

At Figma, our Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what’s possible with our platform. As a Solutions Consultant supporting Mid-Market accounts, you’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma’s value. You’ll lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design enabling customers to achieve their goals and transform how they build products, playing a key role in driving revenue and growth as Figma continues to innovate.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our San Francisco hub or remotely within the Pacific/Mountain US time zone.

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Partner with Sales to uncover customer goals, understand product development workflows, and connect Figma’s capabilities to meaningful business outcomes

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions that show how Figma helps teams design and build products more effectively

• Lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and guide prospective and existing customers through technical requirements and platform decisions

• Partner with customer IT and Security teams, supported by internal experts, to address security questionnaires, enterprise requirements, and adoption considerations

• Bring customer feedback to Product, Support, and other cross-functional partners to inform product improvements and the roadmap

• Create reusable content and resources that help customers get more from Figma and scale the Solutions Consulting team’s impact

• Share knowledge, sharpen your craft, and contribute to a collaborative team while managing competing priorities with autonomy

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years positioning software in presales within the enterprise SaaS ecosystem

• Experience selling to or working within product development teams across design, engineering, or product, with front-end development or developer lifecycle experience

• Proven ability to lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs

• Strong prioritization skills, balancing competing customer demands with business needs

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience

• Demonstrated ability to adapt and do your best work in a rapidly changing environment

• Front-end development experience or familiarity with the software development lifecycle

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
