Vechter Home Solutions is seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to homeowners, introduce our company and the solutions we offer, and schedule appointments for homeowners interested in learning more about improving their homes.
As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in connecting families with opportunities to create cleaner, healthier, and more energy-efficient living environments. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and helping homeowners take the next step toward improving their homes.
No matter your previous experience, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce Vechter Home Solutions and our services.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to understand their interests and needs.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions and encourage homeowners to learn more.
• Schedule appointments for interested homeowners to speak with our team and receive additional information.
• Accurately record call outcomes, homeowner information, and appointment details in our system.
• Follow established call scripts, communication guidelines, and scheduling procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while meeting daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Follow up with homeowners as needed to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support company growth and deliver a positive homeowner experience.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
• Friendly, professional, and confident approach to conversations.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn about our services, processes, and appointment-setting techniques.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward performance targets.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
