About the Data-Driven Decisions (DDD) Area: The DDD structure at Neon operates as a unified platform organization (Data Foundations, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Decisions). We operate in a "Platform-as-a-Service" model, providing the infrastructure and governance that allow Neon to scale intelligently. You will be a key player in ensuring that our engineering teams are focused on high ROI initiatives and the 2026 strategic plan.
Responsibilities: What we are looking for: In this position, we expect you to act with total autonomy on critical products for generating value in the company. The product person at Neon is someone who:
* Masters the Product Life Cycle: Manages the balance between new functionalities and technical debt, owning the roadmap.
* Focuses on Impact and Prioritization: Uses our framework to ensure that 100% of the team's efforts generate tangible value or technical maturity.
* Possesses Technical Depth: A direct partner to engineering, deeply understands the technological stack to discuss architectural trade-offs and tool choices.
* Leadership and Influence: Mentor less experienced PMs and an internal reference at Neon for disseminating good product practices.
Your main responsibilities:
* Technical Productization: Transform complex credit infrastructure into "self-service" business capabilities.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the decision interface between business centers (Cards, Payroll, etc.) and Engineering, translating business objectives into predictable technical deliveries.
* Operational Excellence: Reduce the Time-to-Market of credit models and datasets, applying principles to ensure transparency and predictability.
Requirements:
* Analytic Capacity: Advanced ability to use data to support all product decisions (current focus pillar).
* Product Sense: Proven experience in creating clear impact by prioritizing opportunities connected to business objectives.
* Communication: Ability to conduct active and organized communications (synchronous and asynchronous) to move the product vision forward.
* Previous experience with data platforms or Machine Learning will be considered a critical differential given the required seniority level.
