Lingraphica is a mission-driven organization that provides speech-generating devices to help improve communication, speech, and quality of life for people with aphasia. We are looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for the Human Resources function, helping ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities include onboarding and employee experience, HR administration and employee records, compliance and credential management, systems and administrative support, and executive and organizational support.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion are required.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience. Experience supporting Human Resources function, HRIS, LMS, or employee record management systems is a plus.
The starting salary range for this position is $24.04 to $26.44 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
