This position is an online remote internship.
Responsibilities (Note: 1. This internship has no base salary but offers project commissions (which may cover your school living expenses or tuition fees). We reiterate, only internship certificates from the Shanghai company are provided, but commissions can be earned; 2. You must be proficient in using AI tools for content creation. Position Responsibilities:
1. AI Video Full-Process Production: Responsible for content output of AI short dramas/comics/visual accounts. Proficiently use mainstream AI image tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI) and AI video generation large models (such as Keling Kling, Ji Meng, Runway Gen-3, Hai Luo AI, etc.) to complete scene design, character shaping, scene construction, and video generation.
2. Character Consistency and Visual Control: Deeply research and apply advanced control technologies for AI-generated images/videos (such as Seed control, LoRA model training, ControlNet, etc.) to overcome the pain points of "character consistency" and "scene continuity" in AI short dramas, ensuring a unified visual style for the project.
3. Post-Editing and Audio-Visual Packaging: Proficiently use professional editing software/Premiere for fine editing. Understand lens language and emotional rhythm, combine AI voiceovers (such as ElevenLabs, Fish Audio), AI music (such as Suno, Udio), and sound effect libraries to complete subtitles, transitions, special effects, and color grading, enhancing the quality and immersion of the finished product.
4. Workflow and SOP Deepening: Continuously track the iterative dynamics of cutting-edge AI image generation, video generation, and large language models (LLM). Responsible for refining excellent Prompt hint libraries, deepening efficient internal production workflows (SOP), and operation manuals, empowering the team.
5. Asset Management and Data Review: Standardize the management and archiving of daily video materials, prompt assets, and model files; combine playback feedback of works on various social platforms to optimize subsequent creative directions.
Job Requirements:
1. Professionalism and Experience: Editing, digital media, video post-production, animation, and other related majors are preferred; those with successful AI short drama, dynamic comic, mixed-cut, or faceless IP account incubation experience are preferred.
2. Tool Proficiency:
- Required: Proficiently master excellent domestic large models such as Ji Meng and Keling, and be proficient in professional editing software (rhythm control, special effects packaging).
3. Advanced Bonus: Understand or master ComfyUI node workflow, Midjourney advanced parameters, or have experience in self-training LoRA models.
4. Online Sense and Aesthetics: Possess good basic aesthetics and picture composition abilities. Familiar with the short drama, online literature, and dynamic comic markets, possess a strong "online sense," and understand how to capture user attention within the first 3 seconds of a video.
5. Comprehensive Quality: Possess strong curiosity and self-drive, able to quickly adapt and learn continuously updated AI new tools; meticulous and thorough in work, smooth communication, and possess good teamwork and delivery capabilities.
