Eurofood SpA, the largest innovator in the Italian Food & Beverage market and leader in the national distribution of international excellences, is in a phase of extraordinary expansion. After the recent and prestigious acquisitions of Gelati Pepino, we want to consolidate and strengthen our leadership in the Frozen world within the GDO channel.
For our commercial division, we are looking for an Area Manager GDO Centro Italia - Frozen Channel.
The Role and Area of Competence
As Area Manager, you will be the reference point for the development of the Frozen business in the Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, and Lazio regions.
You will be responsible for:
* GDO Channel Development: Oversee, negotiate, and consolidate commercial relationships with the main Cedi and decision-makers of the GDO, with a vertical focus on Coop, Conad, and Selex.
* Territorial Coordination: Guide, monitor, and implement the network of multi-mandate agents active in the regions of competence.
* P&L Management: Strategically manage the profit and loss (P&L) of your area, optimizing promotional investments and ensuring revenue and margin targets.
What We Are Looking For
* Expertise in Frozen GDO: Deep knowledge of the commercial dynamics of the frozen/ice cream products market in Organized Large-Scale Distribution.
* Consolidated Network: Established relationships with buyers and category managers of Coop, Conad, and Selex in the target regions (Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Lazio).
* Indirect Network Management: Proven experience in guiding and motivating sales networks composed of multi-mandate agents.
* Financial Skills: Ability to manage and analyze the area's profit and loss, commercial agreements, and promotional plans.
* Attitude: Strong results orientation, complex negotiation skills, and a strategic approach.
