We are looking for a Barman to join our team, responsible for preparing drinks and providing quality service to our bar customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and register drink orders at the bar
- Prepare drinks, juices, cocktails, and appetizers
- Serve beers, wines, draft beer, cachaça, and spirits
- Set up and organize the bar, mise-en-place, and utensils
- Check orders before serving and manage the flow between the bar and tables
- Control stock, validity, and replacement of drinks and supplies
- Clean utensils, equipment, bar, and counter
- Promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or currently enrolled
- Experience as a Barman or Bartender
- Knowledge of drink preparation and cocktails
- Good personal presentation and clear communication
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
