Job Description
- Responsible for creating CRM campaigns for the entire user lifecycle, including automation and ad hoc communications.
- Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns. Includes working and collaborating with the regional CRM team and designers.
- Structure and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content.
- Create user purchase process flows that generate conversation and engagement.
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and reports.
Requirements
- Preferably more than 2 years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, able to create data-driven strategies and end-to-end campaigns.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Data extraction and analysis to generate action plans.
- Measurable results from tests and campaign development across different channels such as email, SMS, push notifications.
- Familiarity with CRM technology and database segmentation tools.
- Organizational skills, independence, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
