This position is supporting two locations. (North and South side)
As a Maintenance Person, you help ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Youâll support our site teams by performing essential upkeep, minor repairs, and seasonal tasks that help maintain the professional appearance and function of our properties.
What Youâll Do
• Maintain Cleanliness â Ensure offices, washrooms, hallways, and driveways are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
• General Facility Maintenance Tasks - Tackle small repairs like fixing doors, replacing light bulbs, and lubricating locks. Keep the outside of the facility property looking tidy and accessible to customers.
• Identify Safety & Security Issues â Report any hazards or facility issues to the Site Manager. Stay alert to any unusual activity after hours and report concerns accordingly.
• Support Site Teams â Work alongside Site staff to prioritize daily and seasonal maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 1â2 years of experience in maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, or a similar role.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, outdoor work).
• Availability for weekday work, with some flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours needs.
• Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation may be required based on site location.
