• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner with leadership to implement scalable solutions.

• Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including proposal development, cross-functional coordination, testing, and implementation.

• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to support new business initiatives and evolving revenue models.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations while collaborating with global team members to deliver key operational metrics.

• Support system implementations, process enhancements, and other special projects as needed.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification; CPA or CA certification is a plus.

• You bring a combination of Big 4 and industry experience.

• You have experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and strong analytical skills.

• You are proficient with data and reporting tools, with SQL and AI experience strongly preferred.

• You enjoy improving processes and embracing new technologies.

• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.

• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Where You'll Be

• This role is based in New York, NY.

• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, while still allowing flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the office 2–3 days per week.
