description Job Description
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation, you'll help build and scale the systems, processes, and controls behind how Figma generates and recognizes revenue. You'll partner across RevOps, Business Systems, Billing Engineering, and Product to test and launch revenue-impacting system changes, translate business needs into requirements, and integrate new revenue streams as they come online. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Transformation.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
• Design, perform, and review UAT for revenue-impacting system changes, enhancements, new SKUs, and bug fixes — helping remove UAT blackouts across the RevOps pillars
• Contribute to and draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and revenue-systems initiatives
• Support billing and revenue systems, integrations, and the Stripe 3rd-party billing implementation as they scale with volume
• Help strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps and supporting appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties
• Support new revenue streams and acquisitions by helping integrate Q2C workflows, billing models, and data flows for accurate, automated invoicing and revenue recognition
• Use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and support continuous improvement of the Q2C ecosystem
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
• 4+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue accounting, or finance systems
• Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and ASC 606
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or major billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite
• Experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting process or system changes
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems, with strong attention to detail and end-to-end process thinking
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
• Experience in a public-company or SOX environment
• CPA and/or Big 4 revenue / technical accounting background
• Experience with usage-based pricing and associated billing models
• NetSuite, Stripe Billing, Zone Billing, and Snowflake experience; comfort with data (SQL / Snowflake / HEX)
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
