About:
The CareSide is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader to lead the team responsible for converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments for the field sales team. The role impacts new client growth, sales performance, and geographic expansion across Australia. You will manage an established team of 6-8 inside sales representatives based in the Philippines, following up with inbound enquiries, qualifying prospective clients, and scheduling phone consultations or in-home visits with the field sales team. Success is measured by appointments booked and downstream sales conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and coach inside sales representatives
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training sessions
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including lead response times, appointment booking rates, and sales conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve handoffs
- Become an expert in Australia’s aged care system, home care funding, and The CareSide’s service offering to effectively coach the team and improve sales
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing sales, SDR, BDR, or call centre teams
- Experience coaching sales representatives using KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and buyer psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes
- Based in Southeast Asia with experience leading Philippines-based teams
- Ability to work during Australian business hours
- Experience living or working as an expatriate is highly desirable
