- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing and US teams to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform bug fixing and problem solving in a high-volume localization environment, leveraging CAT tools, translation processes, and CMS characteristics to identify root causes and drive solutions that consider SEO, content, paid, design, and other departmental needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with WordPress; familiarity with other CMS and/or WPML is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation mindset: consistently document problems and fixes to improve service effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language such as French or German is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a critical eye for user experience impacts.
- Experience with CAT tools (e.g., memoQ) is a plus.
- Experience with project management processes is a plus.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours with hybrid office options.
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth at a fast-growing company.
- Lunch covered three times per week at the office.
- Access to a corporate benefits platform offering discounts for brands such as Expedia, FitX, Zalando, and more.
- Skill development through a renowned training platform.
- Competitive compensation.
- Collaboration with a curious, kind, international, and intercultural workforce.
- Work environment located in the heart of Berlin at Alexanderplatz, close to all transit.
