Market Director

Thrivent is seeking a Market Director to lead market growth by attracting, recruiting, and developing financial professionals. Responsibilities include creating recruiting strategies, conducting joint field work, coaching on Thrivent Financial Advice Process and Salesforce, managing market performance, building relationships with Christian community leaders, and ensuring compliance. Requirements: proven sales results, experience with Thrivent tools and FINRA/state licensing, ability to commit to joint field work, group facilitation experience, own automobile, satisfactory background check. Strongly preferred: four-year college degree, professional designation.
