About:
SuperPlane is an open source control plane where AI agents and engineers run operations together. Founded by the creators of Semaphore CI/CD, the team of 10 serves DevOps and platform engineers at mid-size to large engineering orgs. They have an open source repo with 2K+ stars and events in the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Create video content: screencasts, product walkthroughs, and demos showing SuperPlane in action.
- Produce technical content: build working use cases and turn them into blog posts, tutorials, and guides.
- Maintain community presence: engage in Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, and DevOps Slack groups; welcome users, answer questions, surface discussions.
- Represent SuperPlane at occasional conferences or meetups.
Requirements:
- DevOps or platform engineering background with experience managing deployments, writing CI pipelines, using tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.
- Ability to write working code and create runnable examples.
- Strong product intuition to explore workflows and use cases.
- Self-directed and curious, able to identify content opportunities independently.
- Skills in producing video content (screencasts, walkthroughs, demos) solo.
- Daily use of AI tools (coding agents, LLMs, AI-assisted prototyping).
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed team.
Benefits:
- Remote-first work environment with co-working cost support if needed.
- Timezone range: GMT-5 to GMT+3 (US East Coast through Europe).
- Early-stage startup salary plus significant equity.
- Inclusive workplace welcoming all backgrounds, genders, orientations, ethnicities, ages, and abilities.
