About Marketing Services
Marketing Services at Huge is a 50+ person team of Media Strategists, MarTech/MarOps experts, and Content Producers within Global Strategy Craft. The team bridges brand expression and business results by treating the modern marketing stack as a creative mechanism, using data, technology, and AI to orchestrate connected journeys that turn strangers into customer advocates for both B2B and B2C clients.

The Role
The Managing Director, Marketing Services is a commercial-first leader responsible for the strategic and operational evolution of the performance and integrated marketing craft. Reporting to the global EVP of Strategy and Insights, this role acts as a translator between CMOs and CTOs, orchestrating full-funnel ecosystems and driving AI‑enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of AI into media strategy, martech, marketing operations, and content production to drive real‑time optimization and outsized client impact.
- Orchestrate connected journeys across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring media buying fuels measurable ROI, brand lift, and long‑term CLTV.
- Oversee strategic systems including CRM migrations and personalization strategies, treating the tech stack as a creative tool for brand expression.
- Ensure data flow, tracking, and tagging actively sharpen audience targeting and brand affinity.
- Maintain a relentless performance mindset, fostering minute‑to‑minute optimization and automating routine tasks to focus on bold initiatives.
- Serve as a commercial partner to clients, aligning media buying and tech investments with measurable outcomes.

What We’d Like to See
- Established experience as a Head of Performance Marketing or Integrated Marketing, with a track record of driving brand awareness and measurable contribution (pipeline, ROAS, CLTV, etc.).
- AI‑native mindset: confidence using AI to transform marketing delivery, automate performance tracking, or sharpen MarTech efficiency.
- Omni‑channel orchestration: deep expertise across paid search, programmatic, native, content syndication, CTV, DOOH, partner direct, paid social, and the ability to harmonize paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Full‑funnel orchestration and connected journey mapping: proven ability to use CRM to trigger automated cross‑channel experiences.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B programs ranging from brand lift to measurable pipeline contribution.
- Player‑coach philosophy: ability to manage multiple high‑stakes accounts, knowing when to dive into details and when to lead strategically.
- Always‑on performance mindset: proven execution of real‑time optimization and the ability to automate day‑to‑day monitoring with AI.
- Media buying and tech fluency: experience ensuring data fuels media decisions and that MarTech investments drive ROI and audience targeting.
- Strategic systems oversight: capability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex CRM migrations, personalization strategies, and content workflows.
- Client empathy: ability to act as an executive sponsor, managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.

Additional Information
- Location: Remote within the United States (not available for hire in New Mexico or Hawaii).
- Salary range: $265,000 - $285,000 USD.
