Job Description

As a CRM Lifecycle Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational further development of the engagement phase within our CRM lifecycle. Your goal is to sustainably bind active customers to Breuninger with relevant, personalized and cross-channel measures, to strengthen their purchasing and usage activity and, in particular, to specifically develop premium and luxury customers.
In doing so, you design scalable lifecycle journeys, innovative marketing automations and cross-channel campaigns that can be successfully used both in the German market and internationally.
Your Tasks
- Further development of the engagement phase within our CRM lifecycle model with a focus on active customers as well as premium and luxury customers
- Conception, setup and optimization of lifecycle journeys, segmentation logics and marketing automations for sustainable customer loyalty
- Development and control of CRM campaigns across relevant channels such as email, app and print
- Setup and further development of scalable automation and campaign mechanics for different markets, languages and target groups
- Analysis of customer behavior, engagement signals as well as purchase and frequency patterns to identify potential and derive relevant measures
- KPI-based control of all activities including definition, monitoring and continuous optimization
- Continuous performance development through testing, data-based decisions and personalization approaches
- Close cooperation with the content, analytics, app, print, brand, retail media and international departments
- Impetus for new CRM approaches, innovative engagement mechanics and the further development of our customer communication
Qualifications
Bring your CRM expertise, strategic thinking and enthusiasm for customer-centric communication to us.
- Several years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention or engagement marketing, ideally in the premium, luxury, retail or e-commerce environment
- Experience in the conception, implementation and optimization of lifecycle journeys and marketing automations
- Very good understanding of customer loyalty, segmentation, personalization and the development of customer values along the lifecycle
- Experience in controlling cross-channel CRM campaigns
- Confident handling of target group and segmentation logics as well as their continuous further development
- Pronounced affinity for numbers and KPIs as well as a data-driven and hypothesis-based way of working
- Strong conceptual thinking with a view to scalability, automation and efficiency
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
