To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) CRM Manager / GTM Systems Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Langenfeld.

Your tasks with us:
- Responsibility for the operational support of our CRM system (HubSpot) and interface systems
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing and sales processes
- Focus: Reporting, KPIs
- Development and implementation of a holistic CRM strategy in coordination with marketing, sales, and IT
- Setup and maintenance of automated campaign flows (Lifecycle, Retention, Reactivation, etc.)
- Support in the introduction and optimization of sales tools and systems (e.g., CRM, offer and forecasting systems)
- Close cooperation with Sales Leadership in sales planning, target setting, and capacity planning
- Ensuring data consistency and integrity in CRM and ERP systems
- Management and implementation of projects for efficiency improvement and digitalization in sales
What distinguishes you:
- You have a completed degree in economics, business administration, or sales management
- You have several years of professional experience in CRM management, ideally with a focus on HubSpot.
- You have experience in dealing with reporting tools and data visualization.
- You have very good Excel and reporting skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- You have sound knowledge of CRM structures, marketing automation, and customer journeys.
- You are a motivated and creative team player
