Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure service consistency and brand compliance across all locations.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures covering hygiene, store presentation, production, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and operational regulations.
• Drive operational efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve overall store productivity.
• Monitor cash handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes across branches.
• Support revenue growth by tracking branch performance and ensuring achievement of commercial targets.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and replenishment across locations.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to support demand planning for seasonal and high-volume periods.
• Lead and supervise branch managers/store leads, ensuring accountability, staff productivity, and performance improvement.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives across locations.
• Prepare and submit operational performance reports as required by management.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience managing operations within hospitality, retail, or food and beverage environments.
• Strong operations and people management capability.
• Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making ability.
• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and operational monitoring discipline.
• Vendor and stakeholder management capability.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
