Hiring Experienced Teachers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. The job is located in Ita-oshin Abeokuta. Abeokuta North. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, helping students reach their full academic and social potential. Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum (literacy, numeracy, science, etc.) tailored to diverse learning styles.Student Assessment & Development: Track student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom atmosphere, setting clear behavioral expectations.Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and social development.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and specialists to support students' holistic development.Safeguarding: Strictly adhere to all school child protection and safeguarding policies.Extra-curricular Participation: Support school events, assemblies, field trips, and after-school activities. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (e.g., PGCE).Certification: Valid teaching certification/license (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status - QTS).Experience: Proven experience working with primary-aged children (preferred).Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attributes: Patient, enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated to student success. Key Competencies:Knowledge of early childhood development.Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse abilities.Proficiency in educational technology and classroom software.
