Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Tutor based in Nigeria.
The Expert
Tutor will be responsible for delivering one-on-one personalized coaching in various technology-related fields, creating customized learning plans, and ensuring students have a clear pathway to achieve their career goals. Daily tasks will include mentoring students, assessing progress, preparing lesson plans, and offering feedback to enhance the learning experience. Collaboration with the team to continuously improve the curriculum and address challenges is also expected.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in teaching technical skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students
• Experience in creating lesson plans, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds
• Passion for education and a proven ability to inspire and motivate students
• Familiarity with tools and resources used in technology education is an added advantage
• Preferred experience in tutoring or teaching within a structured learning environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related tech or education field
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
