Work Mode: Onsite
Salary: ₦500,000 gross monthly (plus performance-based bonuses)
Reports To: Chief of Staff (Operational) and Managing Director (Strategic & Capital Matters)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Operations & Facilities Manager to lead and oversee all operational activities at our headquarters. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless, high-standard daily operations across facilities, vendors, logistics, frontline teams, and institutional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of operational performance, enforce standards, proactively resolve issues, and build systems that ensure efficiency, continuity, and minimal reliance on senior leadership intervention.

Success in this role will be defined by the ability to create a self-sustaining, high-performance operational environment where systems run efficiently, standards are consistently upheld, and risks are proactively managed.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all headquarters functions
• Ensure continuous operational readiness across infrastructure, facilities, and services
• Identify, manage, and resolve operational issues proactively
• Implement systems such as ticketing, SLA tracking, and reporting frameworks

Standards & Service Delivery
• Define and enforce operational standards across all touchpoints
• Ensure high-quality reception, visitor management, and meeting room readiness
• Maintain executive lounge standards and overall facility presentation
• Enforce cleanliness, professionalism, and service quality at all times

Executive Lounge Management
• Oversee lounge operations including service standards, staffing, and inventory
• Implement and manage operational systems and processes
• Ensure seamless operations without executive intervention

Commercial & Revenue Operations
• Drive leasing strategy and commercialisation of designated spaces
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants
• Lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Track and report pipeline performance

Vendor & Service Provider Management
• Manage vendor relationships, including service providers and suppliers
• Establish and enforce SLAs with performance tracking
• Implement structured procurement and vendor approval processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews and inspections

Infrastructure & Facilities Management
• Manage landlord and building-related engagements
• Oversee power, water, HVAC, access control, and security systems
• Coordinate with IT for infrastructure support
• Develop contingency and continuity plans

People & Frontline Management
• Manage frontline staff (reception, facilities, and support teams)
• Set performance expectations and enforce accountability
• Oversee hiring, staffing decisions, and performance management

Fleet & Logistics Management
• Oversee fleet operations including usage, maintenance, and tracking
• Enforce booking and authorization processes
• Monitor costs and operational efficiency

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain daily operations logs and weekly performance reports
• Track incidents and implement long-term solutions
• Maintain SOPs, vendor scorecards, and risk registers
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies

RequirementsExperience & Education
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, or institutional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
