We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Executive / Administrative Assistant Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) Job Summary A reputable law firm located in Wuse 2 is seeking a smart, organized, and professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join its team. FEMALE ONLY for Gender Balance.
Job Responsibilities
Managing and scheduling reminders, appointments, and office activities Drafting letters, correspondence, and other official documents Editing and formatting documents professionally Preparing status reports and maintaining office records Managing the firm’s social media posts and online communication Assisting with administrative and clerical duties Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related field Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Basic knowledge and practical use of AI tools for office productivity Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Previous experience in a law firm or corporate office is an added advantage.
Salary N80,000 monthly during probation period N100,000 monthly after probation Salary and performance review after six (6) months.
