Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ilesa, Osun State. The responsibilities differ based on the specific role: Medical Officers will diagnose and manage patient conditions, perform medical procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals; Nephrology Nurses will provide specialized care for patients with kidney-related conditions; Community Health Practitioners will offer preventive healthcare services and health education within the community; Customer Service Representatives will address patient inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the center.
Qualifications
• Medical skills such as Medicine and Surgery for roles involving patient diagnosis and treatment
• Proficiency in Patient Care and working collaboratively with Physicians
• Experience in Training and mentoring healthcare professionals or community health workers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for Customer Service and Community Health roles
• Relevant certifications and licensure for Medical Officer, Nephrology Nurse, or Community Health roles are mandatory
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in primary and secondary healthcare services is a plus
