Creative Video Editor
• *Full-Time | On-Site | Professionals Only**
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor who understands how to turn raw footage into compelling, engaging visual content.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just cut clips together, but actually thinks in stories, pacing, emotion, and audience impact. You should have a strong eye for detail, a feel for timing, and the ability to bring ideas to life through editing.
We are interested in professionals who have real experience, a strong portfolio, and a clear creative edge—especially those already leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance their workflow and output.
Role Overview
As a Creative Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content across a range of formats—commercials, branded content, social media, and digital campaigns.
You will work closely with creative leads, marketers, and production teams to shape content that aligns with the brand while also standing out visually and emotionally.
This role requires both creative instinct and technical discipline, along with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving tools and production methods.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will edit video content for multiple platforms, ensuring each piece is tailored to its audience and purpose.
You will take raw footage and transform it into structured, engaging, and visually polished content, paying close attention to pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
You will enhance videos with transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate.
You will handle color correction and basic grading to maintain visual consistency and quality.
You will collaborate with the team to understand the intent behind each project and translate that into strong visual output.
You will stay organized, manage project files professionally, and consistently meet deadlines.
You will keep up with content trends and evolving editing styles—knowing when to apply them and when to keep things clean and timeless.
What We’re Looking For
You should have proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio or showreel that clearly demonstrates your work.
You should be confident using:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve (a plus)
You should have a strong understanding of:
• Storytelling and pacing
• Visual composition and timing
• Sound design and music synchronization
You should be able to work independently, take feedback well, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Attention to detail and consistency in output are essential.
AI Tools (Strong Advantage / Competitive Edge)
We highly value candidates who are already integrating AI tools into their creative workflow to improve speed, quality, and innovation.
This may include
• AI-assisted video editing and automation tools
• AI-based motion graphics or visual generation
• AI voiceovers, sound enhancement, or audio cleanup
• AI tools for content repurposing, subtitles, and social optimization
• Workflow automation to increase efficiency and turnaround time
We are particularly interested in editors who understand how to use AI as a creative advantage—not a shortcut, and can blend it seamlessly with traditional editing skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Motion graphics and animation
• Basic VFX or visual manipulation
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Sound design or audio engineering
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Blender, or Cinema 4D
Professional Expectations
This is not an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who understands professional production standards and can consistently deliver high-quality work.
You should be reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your workload without constant supervision.
Your work should clearly reflect your skill level.
How to Apply
Please submit
• Your Resume / CV
• Portfolio or showreel (mandatory)
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
