description Job Description
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Driver to support the company’s daily transportation and logistics needs. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, clients, and company documents while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Client Support
Safely convey staff, management, and clients to property sites, offices, meetings, and other designated locations.Plan efficient routes for multiple site visits while ensuring punctuality and client comfort. clients during pickup, drop-off, and site inspections in a courteous and professional manner.
Vehicle Management & Safety
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections including fuel level, tyre condition, brakes, and cleanliness.Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times.Monitor and renew all vehicle documentation including insurance, roadworthiness, and driver’s license.
Administrative & Logistics Support
• Deliver official documents such as contracts, allocation letters, and receipts between the office, clients, and legal representatives. Maintain an accurate logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
• Support the Business Support and Sales teams with material delivery to estate locations when required. Compliance & Professional ConductAdhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Ensure passenger safety and security at all times. Maintain confidentiality regarding client and company information encountered during duties.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years professional driving experience, preferably in real estate or corporate settings.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes, estate locations, and traffic patterns.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and discretion.
• Secondary School Certificate minimum; additional certification in defensive driving is an advantage.
Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
