Job Title: Business and Sales Operations Analyst manager
Reporting Line: Head of Sales, Head of Risk & Business Enterprise
Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Onsite

Job Summary
The Business Analyst and Sales Operations Manager will support strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and ensure accurate performance monitoring across sales and operational activities. The role is critical to coordinating sales reporting, operational analysis, budget forecasting, and process compliance to support Management in achieving organisational goals and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
· Prepare yearly business sales targets and weekly/quarterly sales projections in collaboration with the Head of Sales and MD.
● Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports across all brands.
● Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly performance review meetings.
● Manage yearly sales forecasts and rolling budget analysis.
● Prepare monthly manufacturers versus company sales trend analysis within specified deadlines.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Operation Process Management
● Manage delayed consignment issues across territories.
● Prepare monthly sales and operational analysis reports for management review.
● Coordinate consignment movement and inter-location transfers.
● Manage priority consignments alongside the Head of Sales.
Process Analysis & Monitoring
● Monitor and report truck deployment, stationary trucks, exemptions, fuel probes, cameras, and device updates.
● Manage inactive truck device reports and follow up for immediate resolutions.
● Ensure all operational exemptions are escalated and resolved within deadlines.
● Liaise with Fleet Officers, Operations Managers, and service providers for prompt issue resolution.
Requirement & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science
● Professional certification(s) in Data Analysis, Data Science
● Minimum of 3–4 years’ relevant work experience.
● Experience in any industry is acceptable.
Key Competencies
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Power Query)
● Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills (Performance management reporting)
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Time management and deadline-driven reporting
