The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Project Manager & Strategic Assistant. This is a newly created, high-trust role that goes far beyond traditional administrative support.

You will act as the operational quarterback, ensuring daily execution aligns with larger business goals. Your primary mission is to create leverage—freeing our executive leadership to focus on vision, growth, and relationships while you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Own

1. Executive Support & Calendar Strategy

• Optimize the Calendar: Proactively manage the executive calendar to ensure alignment with top business priorities.
• Briefings: Prepare daily and weekly briefings including context, objectives, and key talking points.
• Inbox Synthesis: Monitor the executive inbox, flagging urgent priorities and drafting professional responses.
• Anticipation: Identify needs ahead of meetings, including materials, stakeholder insights, and necessary follow-ups.

2. Project Management & Execution

• Drive Momentum: Track and manage multiple projects across consulting engagements, operations, and internal initiatives.
• Accountability: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task lists. You will hold the internal team (and the executive) accountable to deadlines.
• Deliverables: Ensure all consulting and internal project milestones are met on time and at the highest quality.

3. Client Communication & Success

• Client Liaison: Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for high-level clients.
• Meeting Continuity: Manage post-meeting follow-ups, including recaps, action items, and next steps.
• High-Touch Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new clients through a structured, seamless experience.

4. Operational Organization

• Process Design: Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend/document repeatable processes to support business scale.
• Workflow Clarity: Bring structure to files, systems, and digital workspaces to ensure the team operates like a well-oiled machine.
