Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abeokuta for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with executive needs, coordinating schedules, and handling communication tasks. The role requires active collaboration with various teams while maintaining top-notch organizational and multitasking capabilities to support company objectives effectively.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Capcut, basic video editing skillls
• Social Media Management Skills
• Digital Marketing and Customer Support Skills
• Business Development Skills
• Strong skills in processing and managing Expense Reports
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability in Administrative Assistance and office management
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Relevant prior work experience in an executive support role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with technology and its application in administrative processes is a plus
