About the job
The Business Analyst - Sales Force Effectiveness contributes to the medical team’s strategy by developing tools that align and empower field force teams, improving their overall effectiveness.
About you

• University degree or higher education in Marketing, Business,

Economics, Statistics, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG

sector

• Strong analytical mindset, statistical knowledge, and communication

skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong mastery of data processing tools and methodologies, including Conducting and presenting studies, big data analytics, forecast modeling, Quantitative research

• Fluent in English, French is a nice to have.
