Role Overview We are looking for passionate, patient and committed teachers for the Nursery and Primary sections. Ideal candidates should understand child development, enjoy working with young learners, and be willing to use Montessori-inspired approaches to support hands-on learning and independent thinking. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning Prepare age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and Montessori-inspired methods. Create a fun, safe and engaging classroom atmosphere where children explore, ask questions and learn actively. Use songs, storytelling, sensory play, manipulatives, and guided activities to support foundational literacy, numeracy and life skills. Observe each child’s progress and document learning milestones. Provide personalised support to learners at different developmental stages. Maintain neat, organised and stimulating learning spaces. Classroom Management & Child Care Ensure the safety, hygiene and emotional well-being of every child. Foster positive behaviour and Islamic manners such as kindness, respect and responsibility. Guide learners gently while encouraging independence and confidence. School Contribution Work closely with parents through regular communication and feedback. Participate in planning, staff meetings, school activities and professional development. Support school programmes and uphold the school’s Islamic values and culture. Specialised Positions 1. Hifz / Qur’an Instructor (Hafiz Required) Lead children through structured Hifz sessions, Tajweed, and Qur’an memorisation. Use child-friendly methods to build love for the Qur’an. Track progress and guide students with patience and motivation. Serve as an Islamic role model in character and communication. Additional Requirement: Must be a Hafiz/Hafizah with strong Tajweed and teaching ability. 2. English Educator / Elocution & Diction Coach Teach spoken English, reading fluency, phonics, diction, and correct pronunciation. Build learners’ confidence in expressing themselves clearly. Prepare creative speaking activities such as storytelling, reading circles, speech practice and vocabulary drills. Support class teachers in improving literacy outcomes. Additional Requirement: Strong command of spoken English, phonetics and child-friendly speaking techniques. Experience in elocution or diction training is an advantage. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum NCE (Education qualification essential). Experience with early years or primary school learners. Warm, patient and child-focused personality. Ability to integrate Islamic values into daily learning. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
