This role is for tutors and instructors who want to join a structured platform that helps them grow professionally, connect with real learners, and deliver value in a trusted environment. Success in this role means consistently delivering quality teaching sessions, building a strong learner reputation through reviews, and maintaining reliability and professionalism on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Offer online or in-person tutoring sessions to learners across your subject or skill area

• Set your own pricing, availability, and preferred teaching modes

• Deliver structured and goal-oriented learning experiences based on learner needs

• Maintain professionalism in communication and session delivery

• Engage with learners through the platform to build trust and long-term credibility

• Support learners in achieving academic, professional, or personal skill goals

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or expertise in at least one subject area (academic, professional, or creative)

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to different learners

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Reliability, professionalism, and consistency in delivering sessions

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required

• Passion for helping others learn and improve
