About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in performance marketing and the ability to leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign execution, and optimization.
This role is performance-driven, focused on delivering high-quality leads, optimized CAC, and strong ROI across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with AI-powered creative execution to drive efficient and scalable marketing campaigns within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Performance
Marketing & Campaign Execution (Primary)
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage campaign budgets and scale performance while maintaining cost efficiency
• Optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), CAC, and ROAS
• Develop and implement retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates
2. AI-Driven Content & Creative Execution
Use AI tools to
• Generate high-converting ad copy and campaign messaging
• Create content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
• Support rapid production of visuals and short-form videos (e.g., Canva, CapCut, AI tools)
• Produce and optimize marketing creatives for ads, landing pages, and social media
• Collaborate with design teams where advanced creative production is required
3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Design and optimize marketing funnels:
Ad → Landing Page → Lead Capture
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Identify drop-off points and improve conversion performance
• Align closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
4. Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel tracking systems
• Generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns based on data
• Monitor lead quality and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging

Social Media
Engagement & Lead Qualification
• Respond to inbound inquiries across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
• Engage prospects professionally and maintain consistent brand voice
• Qualify leads and guide them into the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and conversion

Market
Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior
• Recommend improvements in campaign strategy, targeting, and positioning
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation efficiency and reduce CAC
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years experience in digital/performance marketing
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Retargeting and funnel optimization
• Strong experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and optimize campaign performance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and contribute to creative direction
• Experience engaging and qualifying leads across social media platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales industries
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRM systems
• Familiarity with marketing automation and retargeting workflows
• Understanding of the Nigerian real estate market

Compensation
Salary: ₦10,000,000 – ₦12,000,000 per annum
