Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable pharmacy technician to support pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will assist with prescription processing, inventory management, and customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
• Receive and process prescriptions accurately
• Label medications and provide basic instructions to customers (as directed by the pharmacist)
• Manage inventory, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring expiry dates
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
• Follow all regulatory and safety standards
• Support administrative and operational tasks within the pharmacy
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of a Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies or related field
• Valid license or registration (where applicable)
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems
• Ability to work under supervision and in a team
Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
